Referrals

If you are thinking about referring a child to Revive Residence, the process is simple and easy to follow. To get started, please email the child’s details to info@reviveresidence.co.uk. Our team will then begin the assessment and consider whether Revive Residence is the most suitable placement for the child’s individual needs.

Once the referral has been received, the Home Manager will carefully review the information and complete an assessment to establish whether the home can meet the child’s needs. The Home Manager makes the final decision on admissions, ensuring that each child is offered the most appropriate environment and level of support.

Emmergeny Placements

We recognise that circumstances can change quickly and that, at times, children require immediate support. At Revive Residence, emergency placements will be considered where a child is assessed as presenting a manageable level of risk and is likely to integrate positively with the existing residents.

When an emergency placement is agreed, each child or young person will receive the full support set out in their care plan, along with key information to help them settle in. This includes our children’s guide, allocation of a key worker, and clear guidance around behaviour expectations. We are committed to ensuring every child receives a warm welcome and the same comprehensive information provided to all new arrivals at Revive Residence.
